Quest for Quality Award Recognizes Service Excellence
The gold standard in the transportation and logistics industry, Logistic Management’s Quest for Quality Awards are based on extensive research. Earlier this year, the publication surveyed readers who are qualified buyers of logistics and transportation services. In total, 4,725 responses were received across six transportation service categories. Respondents rated providers strictly on the basis of service quality.
In the 3PL – Value-added Warehousing and Distribution Solutions category, readers rated providers on five key attributes: Customer Service/Value Added Services, Order Fulfillment, Transportation Distribution, Inventory Management and Logistics Information Systems. Saddle Creek ranked in the top five overall and leads the Logistics Information Systems category.
