This week, Saddle Creek Logistics was recognized as a 2020 Quest for Quality Award winner in the 3PL Service Providers category. Based on a survey of Logistics Management’s subscribers, this annual award serves as the gold standard for measuring customer satisfaction and service excellence in the transportation and logistics industry.

Recognition Based on Client Votes for Service Performance

Conducted by Logistics Management’s research team, the Quest for Quality is the most extensive poll of its kind in the industry. This year’s survey garnered more than 4,500 responses from industry professionals involved in the buying process for transportation and logistics services. These individuals were asked to rate their providers based on key evaluation and purchase criteria.

Saddle Creek earned high marks from clients for the 3PL Service Provider category with above-average scores for order fulfillment, inventory management, information systems, and carrier selection/negotiation.
