Saddle Creek Transportation made big news this month. We have been selected as an Inbound Logistics 2016 “Top 100 Trucker.”
Inbound Logistics editors selected this year’s list from a pool of more than 200 trucking companies by evaluating surveys, conducting online research, and talking with shippers and truckers alike. The guide serves as a benchmark for the types of services transportation buyers value when looking for new partners or evaluating current ones.
Shippers Look for Service
According to Inbound Logistics’ accompanying market research report, reliability (92%) and customer service (79%) are the top two factors that shippers consider when choosing a carrier. This makes the recognition especially meaningful.
“While Saddle Creek is regularly recognized as a top 3PL, this is the first time we’ve been selected as a top trucking company,” says Mike DelBovo, president, Saddle Creek Transportation. “That shows how much our transportation capabilities have grown in the last few years.
