Saddle Creek Logistics is honored to be recognized as the 2020 Fulfillment Center of the Year for dōTERRA.
The Utah-based direct-seller has relied on Saddle Creek to fulfill orders for its high-quality essential oils and health-and-wellness products since 2018. Every month, the Saddle Creek team in Fort Worth, Texas, fulfills hundreds of thousands of direct-to-consumer orders.

Direct Seller Recognizes Fulfillment Partner for Superior Performance
In presenting the Fulfillment Center of the Year award, dōTERRA recognized Saddle Creek’s outstanding performance on a number of key metrics including inbound and outbound processing, inventory management and cost mitigation. The Fort Worth facility was dōTERRA’s second-highest ranking DC for throughput in 2020 and the top-ranked DC for on-time performance, average processing days, on-time dock-to-stock, and orders per labor hour.
