I hereby forever release Saddle Creek and its directors, officers, employees, customers and agents from any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, costs, expenses and liability of any kind, arising under any legal or equitable theory whatsoever at any time during or after the period of my employment by Saddle Creek, in connection with any Permitted Use.

I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and approve the finished product or copy that may be used in connection with any Permitted Use.

I acknowledge that the session was conducted in a completely proper and professional manner, and this release was willingly signed. I affirm that I am more than 18 years of age. I have read this release and fully understand its contents.
