“Every day is a learning experience here. I have gained new supply chain skills and expanded my knowledge. I also have been able to build good working relationships with co-workers and clients. Getting positive feedback from them makes me very proud,” Ofelia says.

Ofelia now has hands-on experience with a variety of accounts, including beverage, canned food, paper, computer parts, and packaging supplies. She spends most of her time supporting the operations and ensuring that her clients’ needs are being met.

“It’s a good feeling to know that there are people who care about me and work with me to make things happen. Teamwork is an important part of Saddle Creek’s daily operations. I can always count on the team to come together when we have big orders that need to get out quickly,” Ofelia explains.
