In his new role, Horacio trains groups of associates and ensures that they follow warehouse safety procedures and product handling guidelines.

“The best part about my job is making my peers feel safe in the workplace and comfortable to ask questions,” he says.

Horacio and Tony Colon, his supervisor, recently designed a training program for new associates.

“After orientation week, we have trainers available to give associates individual attention during their shifts. It helps them feel comfortable and learn the skills they need to provide excellent customer service,” he explains.

Horacio credits Tony for giving him the support and guidance to help him grow in his own career.

“I come to work every day because I feel supported in my work environment,” Horacio says. “I would definitely recommend Saddle Creek to other professionals.”
