Cody Dias

Cody Dias was already an experienced logistics professional when he joined Saddle Creek Logistics Services in 2017. He was looking for a new challenge at a fast-growing company when he heard that Saddle Creek provided training and offered many opportunities for growth.

“Saddle Creek was willing to invest in developing me as a leader,” Cody remembers. “Since starting here, I have had the opportunity to attend the Saddle Creek Academy and numerous leadership courses. I have also earned my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. I will carry the knowledge and skills I’m learning here throughout my entire career.”

As a Senior Distribution Supervisor, Cody oversees weekend operations at one of Saddle Creek’s warehouses in Lakeland, Fla. He spends his time leading and coaching a team of supervisors and hourly associates to achieve their productivity goals, improve their problem-solving skills, maintain a safe work environment and deliver outstanding customer service.

“My mentors at Saddle Creek continuously challenge me to reach my highest potential. The best part about my job is the opportunity to help other associates while I continue to learn,” Cody says.
